I was looking to test drive a Toyota Prius Prime as it seemed that car would meet my needs and my desire to buy an electric card, or partially electric. I had a 10-year old Prius and wanted to go electric but needed a range of 200 miles. We went to Glens Falls Toyota to purchase a 2017 Tacoma. We needed a good trade in for our 2014 Forrester. Paul Wilkins gave us what we needed for the trade in so we could make the deal on the Tacoma. We also worked with Ben and Walter. Everyone was very respectful, considerate and knowledgeable. Being a woman going into car dealerships in the past has not been a good experience. I felt respected at Glens Falls Toyota and will let everyone who is looking for a good car/truck to go there.

When I stopped into Glens Falls Toyota I had every intention of only looking at the vehicle I had researched online up close. That was before meeting Joe. Once we started talking I could tell Joe took my needs and wants seriously; I had no time to waste and did not want to play games. He listened to me and quickly put together a deal we agreed on. After going to numerous Toyota dealerships in the Saratoga and Albany counties, Glens Falls Toyota proved to be way above the others. The level of customer service provided by Mike A. and the rest of the staff were far superior than the many others we have encountered. For us, going to dealerships meant that we have already made the decision to get a vehicle. The factors left to consider are cost and customer treatment. The cost (base price) of a new vehicle is fixed, so it would be the same regardless of the dealership sans dealer promotions, bonuses, etc. So for us, what's really important and highly regarded is the customer service experience/treatment. After all, we would be back to the dealership for vehicle service, etc. Thus, we want to be certain that we pick the dealership where we feel relaxed, welcomed and respected. Our experience with Mike Abodeely was way beyond our expectations. He was cordial, super helpful and knowledgeable. Mike was patient as we change vehicle types/options... not once did we feel pressured to make a decision. He let us take our time to deliberate and come up with our final decision, even if it meant multiple visits and phone conversations. Mike truly is an exceptional person to work with and we would without reservation recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
