We were in the market for a used RAV4 and decided to check out Glens Falls Toyota. We had bought three cars with Joe Taylor from another dealership and knew he'd moved to Glens Falls Toyota. Joe and GF Toyota didn't disappoint. Found a model we were interested in online and Joe made sure it was ready to test drive when we arrived - great, because we were on our lunch break. Test drove on a Friday and took the weekend to check out other models we were interested in. While we did that, Joe was very good about emailing us with potential trade figures and answers to questions. Since the three other models we drove weren't nearly as good as the RAV4 we ended up doing the deal, and once again had another no-pressure, pleasant experience. Will definitely return in the spring, when we need to purchase a third car for the kids in college.
Shopping for a new SUV, this was the easiest, most relaxed car buying experience we have had. The Sales Team worked with us and making the deal was easy and not stressful at all. We will definately be back, when the times comes to buy another vehicle.
The staff were very helpful and made the process of leasing a new vehicle a very pleasant experience. They took the time to answer all our questions. They made sure the whole process was completed within our time constraints.

Salesperson, Miki, was no pressure, no hassle and great to work with. Did it mostly all by email and text. Whole negotiations completed in one day. Picked up vehicle three days later at time and day of my choice.
