Praise & an apology: My wife's 2017 Highlander's transmission was shifting roughly and my internet search mentioned a 'computer flash' treatment. We obtained an appointment and brought the vehicle into the shop. Mr. Stegman's efficient and professional staff performed the 'flash' and that vehicle drives as smoothly and pleasantly as any I have driven. My apology comes to Mr. Stegman and his crew for being so tardy with this feedback. My praise is for the remarkable difference- the improvement- in the driveability of that Highlander SE. The salesman was very honest with me. He couldn't give me a car for what my budget would allow and told me this up front. He did run some figures and showed me the truth about the finances instead of trying to entice me into buying a car I couldn't afford:I hate when they do that and you end up getting into a contract that you will never be able to pay for. I would definitely shop there again if I had some money to put down, because it is a pleasure to deal with honest people.

I had to take our 2003 Toyota Corolla in for airbag recall service. It took under 2 hours. The service there was amazing from beginning to end... The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. What a gorgeous lobby complete with a fireplace. I hate sitting around waiting for anything but those two hours really weren't so bad. I could have done without the screaming children though! There is a kid's playroom with toys and activities for children but it's not soundproof. Now I'm really just nitpicking though. It was an easy process from beginning to end.
